Flavours, shapes + sizes

These are examples of some popular options but do let me know your favourite flavours and I can come up with some menus for you.

Vegan options and NGCI options are available

  • Olive oil and lemon sponges, lemon curd middle, lemon syrup, creme fraiche + olive oil swiss meringue

  • Citrusy olive oil cakes, middles of tangerine, clementine + kumquat jam with whippy cream cheese and covered in olive oil swiss butter cream

  • Panela butter cake with middles of whippy cream cheese + blackcurrant jelly, finished in honey swiss meringue buttercream

  • Olive oil + citrus sponge w/ pistachios, jam made from all the berries in my garden finished with olive oil and pistachio swiss buttercream

  • Fudgy devils food cake, mascarpone mousse + sour cherry middles finished in whipped milk chocolate ganache

  • Devils food cake, with salty caramel middles and burnt dark sugar swiss meringue buttercream

A cake table of individual cakes is great for a more casual affair as they are so easily served and guests can even help themselves.
