A rough guide to portions, if you let me know your guest list size I can give you my sizing recommendations

6” and 8” cakes are normally 3 layers (10” is often 2 layers, but quite wide) so you can get a lot more out of each size if you do smaller slices, this is just my personal portion size which is probably bigger than the average wedding bite of cake you get

6” feeds 10-15+(ish)

8”+domes feed 15-25+ (ish)

10” (2 LAYER) feeds 20-30+(ish)

1/4 sheet cake 2 or 3 layer feeds 25-30ish

1/2 sheet cake 2 or 3 layer feeds 40-50ish

if you’re worried about waste, go smaller, if you’re worried about running out, go big / can easily add an extra layer also. If you cut into party portions (one bite a person) you can get a lot of portions.

Cakes are finished day of delivery.

Cakes are refrigerated to ensure freshness and safe delivery. Please keep cake in a cool spot awway from direct sunlight and allow at least two hours from pickup/delivery for the cake to temper. No one likes cold cake.
